4 Sugardale Hot Dogs
2 stalks celery, diced
4 Tbsp. bleu cheese crumbles
1/4 cup mayo
1 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce
- Grill or skillet cook hot dogs until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, combine mayo and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Place one cooked hot dog in each bun. Top with diced celery, 1 Tbsp. bleu cheese, and drizzle with hot sauce mixture. Serve immediately.
