1 Sugardale Bone-In Ham Roast
1 - 12 oz. jar orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- Prepare ham roast according to package instructions. Bake in cooking bag until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
- Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk together over low heat until combined and warmed, about 10 minutes.
- Glaze can be served on the side, or poured over top of roast during last 15 minutes of cook time.
